This article show you how to check clearly the status of SIM and Antennas.

After connecting successfully to WebApp. Click to Device Tab to check the antennas and SIM status as below.

  • If Antennas Fail, please check and make sure the antenna is installed correctly or you are in a weak signal area (like a closed room). No need to reset XBLink.

  • If SIM Fail, Please insert SIM and reset XBLink.
