# Device

This section is to checks the antenna and SIM status.

* If **Antennas Fail**, please check and make sure the antenna is installed correctly or you are in a weak signal area (like a closed room). No need to reset XBLink.
* If **SIM** **Fail**, Please **insert** SIM and **reset** XBLink
