* **Error 1:** **Blinking Red -** Please check the connection of XBLink Duo (Cellular Antennas, Satellite Ethernet cable, Power, etc.) and ensure your SIM cards have an active data plan.
* **Error 2:** **Solid Red -** Please insert SIM cards or connect the XBLink Duo with Satellite device.

If the main LED blinks both a <mark style="color:blue;">**blue**</mark> and other colors as shown below.

* Wait another 15-30s for the device to automatically switch between Cellular networks and Satellite to find the best available internet connection in your area.
* If after this period the internet connection is still not available, check whether the satellite device has a clear view of the sky (not blocked by a roof, trees, etc.). If it is clear and the issue persists, restart either the xblink or the satellite device.

### **2. SYS LED**

These internal SYS1 and SYS2 LEDs indicate the hardware status of the communication module.

* Blink - Firmware is uploading.
* Solid - Module is powered on and functioning normally.

### **3.** Network LEDs&#x20;

These LEDs (C1, C2, SAT) indicate the specific connection status of the dual Cellular networks and the Satellite backup.

<table data-full-width="true"><thead><tr><th width="100">LED</th><th width="231.4000244140625">Off (No LED)</th><th width="205">Slow Blink (1.5s)</th><th width="236.5555419921875">Fast Blink</th><th>Solid</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>C1/ C2</td><td>No SIM card inserted</td><td>Network Scanning</td><td>Connected to Cellular network, but no internet (or out of data plan)</td><td>Internet connected successfully</td></tr><tr><td>SAT</td><td>Cable disconnected</td><td>Searching for Satellite</td><td>Connected to Satellite device, but no internet access</td><td>Internet connected successfully</td></tr></tbody></table>

### **4.** ACTM LED &#x20;

This LED indicates the status of telemetry data transmission through the COM ports.

* Blink - Telemetry data is actively transmitting between the Flight Controller and the XBLink Duo.
* Off - No data is being transmitted.

### **5.** ACTR LED &#x20;

This LED indicates the core hardware status and firmware running status.

* Solid -&#x20;
* Blink -

### **6. POWER** LED &#x20;

* Light - Power is OK
* Off - No power input
